Meet Kerri Regan, PT, DPT, our newest physical therapist. Kerri spent the last 7 years as a physical therapist at the Boston Ballet. She is also a certified Pilates instructor and Gyrotonics trainer.

What drew you to The Micheli Center: The collaborative team approach and the performing arts clinic
How did you develop an interest in physical therapy: I was a dancer and Pilates instructor for almost 10 years before becoming a physical therapist. After dealing with my own injuries, I wanted to learn how to help others do the same
What are small changes people could make that would have a large impact in their overall health: Prioritizing rest and recovery as an equally important part of your routine
What is your preferred method of exercise, either a certain activity or specific regimen: I like to incorporate HIIT, cycling, Pilates, and Gyrotonic weekly when I can, however, currently my primary activity is running after and picking up my 16 month old :)

Favorite pizza toppings: Pepperoni. I also love to cook, especially when I can find ingredients in season at our local farms
