What drew you to The Micheli Center? The people; everyone is amazing in their field and a team player. Dr. Micheli sets the best example.

How did you develop an interest in physical therapy? As a dance major in college, anatomy/physiology and kinesiology were required courses. Once I took those at the college level, I was hooked. Plus, I love helping people reach their goals and highest potential.

What are small changes people could make that would have a large impact in their overall health? Make sure you move every day. It does not have to be a long or hard workout, but moving for at least a combined 30 minutes a day can have a huge effect on your physical and mental health.

What is your preferred method of exercise, either a certain activity or specific regimen? I get restless and bored easily when working out so I like to change it up with HIIT workouts or a cardio dance class.

Favorite motivational/inspirational quote: Dance training can't be separate from life training. Everything that comes into our lives is training. The qualities we admire in great dancing are the same qualities we admire in human beings: honesty, courage, fearlessness, generosity, wisdom, depth, compassion, and humanity. – Alonzo King

Favorite pizza topping: Pepperoni, mushroom, & green pepper

Favorite ice cream flavor: Honestly, all ice cream
