What drew you to The Micheli Center: The ability to help athletes realize and achieve their full potential in their sport and the research that goes into creating the optimal athlete.
How did you develop an interest in strength & conditioning: As an athlete, the weight room was an easy way for me to see results on the field and in my performance. I stepped into my high school weight room as a freshman and have not left one since. It allows me to coach what I have learned and help others reach their goals.
What are small changes people can make that would have a large impact in their overall health: Lift weights every day; walk 30 minutes every day; eat healthy every day!
What is your preferred method of exercise, either a certain activity or specific regimen: Strength training…you can find me in the rack!
