More About Me!
โ
Training philosophy: I believe in developing an exercise program that creates a robust athlete who is able handle the demands of their sport preparation and competition. I believe in fostering an environment where an athlete feels that they can perform at their best and are set up to succeed. I feel that it is the coach’s responsibility to create an environment where the athlete feels safe to be themselves and in turn allows them to succeed and develop to their full potential.
How I train myself: Currently I am training to run a 50k Ultra Marathon while simultaneously maintaining a high level of strength training. I believe that training two extreme ends of the spectrum simultaneously can result in the best athletic outcomes. I also enjoy the challenge of combing two different forms of exercise that do not support each other in my own athletic pursuits.

Fun fact: I’ve climbed the NE67, which consists of the 67 4,000-foot or taller mountains of Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
