JEFF BRODEUR, MS, CSCS, USAW, SPEED & AGILITY
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SPECIALIST
Jeff Brodeur received his bachelor’s degree in applied exercise science from Springfield College, where he was also member of the Springfield College wrestling team. He also earned a Master of Science degree in sports leadership from Northeastern University. Jeff has coaching experience at Harvard University Strength & Conditioning, Boston University Strength & Conditioning, and Manatee High School football in Florida. His coaching highlights include working with numerous elite athletes in the Olympics, NCAA Division I, NHL, and NFL. He has a wide array of experience in strength & conditioning, working with athletes at all levels in a variety of different sports. Jeff also has a decorated athletic background that includes a college wrestling conference championship, multiple high school state wrestling titles, and a national ranking as a collegiate national qualifier in wrestling. Jeff is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with other certifications in USA weightlifting (USAW), and speed and agility training (Agility Training Institute).
