CLINICAL RESEARCH MANAGER

Danielle received her Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training from Westfield State in 2017. In 2019, Danielle graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a master’s degree in sport and exercise physiology with a concentration in athletic training. She served as a research assistant in the H.E.A.T. Institute as she completed her master’s thesis titled, “A Comparison of Sweat Electrolyte Concentration Between the First and Second Hours of Running While Using Two Different Hydration Methods.” Also during this time she served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for Bryn Athyn College (PA) where she was as the assistant athletic trainer for the men’s ice hockey, men’s and women’s lacrosse, women’s field hockey, and women’s volleyball teams. Danielle joined the Sports Medicine research team at Boston Children's Hospital in 2019 as a clinical research specialist, then transitioned to the clinical research manager for the Medical Sports Medicine and The Micheli Center research teams in 2021. Danielle enjoys coaching high school volleyball, spending time on the Cape, and exploring the Boston food scene in her free time.
