Summer Strength & Conditioning

  • Norwood location

  • For ages 13-18 (all sports/activities & all levels)

  • Begins week of June 21 through the week of August 13 (8 weeks)

  • Tuesdays/Thursdays: 5:15pm – 6:30pm

  • Wednesdays/Fridays: 9:30am – 10:45am

Sign up for our summer training sessions to:

  • Develop explosive speed and power

  • Improve footwork and agility

  • Increase total body strength and conditioning

  • Receive structured training in a small-group setting

Must commit to at least 2x/week for the full 8 weeks (3x and 4x per week also available)
Pricing options:

  • 16 sessions (2x/week) - $440

  • 24 sessions (3x/week) - $650

  • 32 sessions (4x/week) - $850

Some sessions may take place outdoors pending weather.

Please bring appropriate sun protection and your own water bottle.

Virtual Group Classes

  • Each class is $5 per participant. Payment is due at the time of registration.

  • ​​Age restrictions are as listed.

  • ​​In order to book online or through our app, you must be signed in as the participant.

  • ​​Zoom link will be sent to all participants in advance of the class.

  • One email address cannot be used to create an account for multiple individuals due to data privacy regulations.
