Sign up for our summer training sessions to:
Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Times: Mon./Wed. 8:00-9:30am; Fri. 8:30-10:00am
Must sign up for 2 or 3 sessions per week
Each session is capped at a maximum of 8 athletes. You do not have to come every week but you do have to participate in at least 2 sessions each week that you do join us. You can change your weekly schedule whenever needed, given that there are open spots available that day.
Cost: $28 per session
Pay as you go or purchase your sessions up front to save 5%
Age: 13-17 (entering or currently in high school)
Sports activity: All
Sports level and ability: All
All sessions held at our facility and additional outdoor space within walking distance to the center.

A water bottle will be provided at the first session and should return with athlete to all subsequent sessions
